- Come to an Orientation Meeting and meet with the co-ordinator.

Taranaki Timebank will NOT do police record checks in the course of membership approval. However if a project or organisation requires a police clearance certificate (e.g. because of access to vulnerable people) the organisation in need or Taranaki Timebank will ask the member for consent before doing a police check.
- Bring ideas and questions to your meeting.
- We don’t ask you for a Koha during your first year of membership, but we will ask you for a donation every following year. Timebank Taranaki has costs to cover. Rent for office space, print costs for advertising, software etc.
To cover these costs we ask every member for a donation after their first year since becoming a member.
We want everyone to be able to access our Timebank therefore we ask you to donate as much or as little as you think is the right amount within your budget. Direct credit to 15-3953-0775845-00 TSB, Taranaki Timebank. Please use your Timebank username as reference.
- Your first meeting with the co-ordinator and the finalisation of your membership will earn you your first hour time credit. So you can start trading time straight away!
